UL 508A Control Panels
Lucid Automation is a UL 508A shop specializing in control panels for biotech and pharmaceutical applications. Our quality, complex low-voltage designs are installed on skid-mounted equipment, in greenfield cell-line construction, and in-place retrofit upgrades.
Typical systems include power distribution, upstream cell-cultivation bioreactors, downstream purification chromatography/TFF, Building Management Systems, EMS, and pure-utility controls.
Custom Built or Off-the-Shelf
Allen Bradley HMI remote HMI thin client panel. Uses a Stratix 5200 switch, 6300 Thin Client, and Hope Industrial capacitive touchscreen.
BMS interface panel to a GMP validated Environment Monitoring System. Contains a CompactLogix, Stratix 5700, and open space for BACnet and Modbus gateways to BMS.
Site expansion panel leveraging Allen Bradley Point I/O and local Historian ME card to provide store-and-forward capabilities for the remote monitoring.
Multi-service control panel for biotech manufacturing. ControlLogix 5380 provides supervisory control for BACNet devices, Lab Scales, Chromatography skid, and Pure Steam skid.
Laser Engraving and CNC Services
Lucid also offers custom stainless steel engraving for instrument tags, phenolic labels, or directly onto control panels.
